Groom's aftershave balm provides much-needed comfort and hydration to your skin after shaving. Its rich texture combined with healing properties is quick to absorb, leaving your skin soft and replenished.
Unworn items can be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery or in-store pick-up notification.
Unworn, discounted items can be returned for store credit within 30 days from the date of delivery or in-store pick-up notification.
Flash Sale or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Do you offer in-store pickups?
Yes! Most of our products are eligible for in-store pickup. Look for "check availability at other stores" above the product description to see where the product is in stock. At checkout, select "pick up" and your nearest location.
Can I use my in-store heel boy gift card online?
For the time being heel boy gift cards are only redeemable at our store locations. If you would like to transfer your in-store gift card to an online gift card, please contact us at info@heelboy.com
Is all online inventory available in stores?
No, to offer you a broader range of brands, our online store features many online exclusive brands and styles. Our stores offer a smaller selection that has been curated for each location. Please look at the "check availability at other stores" button to see where styles and sizes are available.

Order tracking
We do our best to have your order leave our warehouse within 5-7 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours for a tracking number to show updates on the provider's website.
