Returns Policy

Items purchased online can be returned at one of our heel boy shop locations or mailed back to us. The return policy is as follows:

-All items purchased at regular price can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
-After 14 days, items can be returned for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
-Items purchased on sale and/or on markdown can be returned for a store credit or exchange within 30 days.
-All items passed 30 days WILL NOT be accepted for return, exchange or store credit.
-Purchases worn or damaged are not eligible for a refund.

Free shipping on orders within Canada over $150! Free in-store pick-ups!

Orders may take up to 7 business days for processing. Once shipped, all packages are Expedited which can range from Next Day to 7 business day delivery depending on the location.
