You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Pre-paid labels can be provided through our return portal but please note the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund. The order must be returned in its original condition and box. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if the shoebox is returned in unsellable condition. Please wrap the shoebox and do not tape it. Once our warehouse receives and approves the return, your request will be processed for a refund. At this time, the shipping costs will be deducted. Please allow up to 5 business days after delivery for the refund to be completed and an additional 14 business days for your banking instituition to process and display the refund on your statement. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We typically require 7-9 business for processing and all packages are shipped Expedited which can range from Next Day to 7 business day delivery depending on your shipping location. Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately due to quantity of items on the order or the processing time associated with the items availability.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
