Unworn, discounted items can be returned for store credit within 30 days from the date of delivery or in-store pick-up notification.

Do you offer in-store pickups?
Yes! Most of our products are eligible for in-store pickup. Look for "check availability at other stores" above the product description to see where the product is in stock. At checkout, select "pick up" and your nearest location.
Can I use my in-store heel boy gift card online?
For the time being heel boy gift cards are only redeemable at our store locations. If you would like to transfer your in-store gift card to an online gift card, please contact us at info@heelboy.com
Is all online inventory available in stores?

Order tracking
We do our best to have your order leave our warehouse within 5-7 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours for a tracking number to show updates on the provider's website.
