This is an exchange voucher! When purchased, it provides you will a 1 time exchange of a single item you ordered for another size or colour of that same style. 

1 voucher = 1 exchange

If you decide not to use your voucher, it can refunded off your order or kept to be applied on a future purchase. Voucher are eligible for refund up to 30 days from delivery. After 30 days the vouchers are non-refundable and are kept on the account for future use. 

Returns Policy

Items purchased online can be returned at one of our heel boy shop locations or mailed back to us. The return policy is as follows:

-All items purchased at regular price can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
-After 14 days, items can be returned for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
-Items purchased on sale and/or on markdown can be returned for a store credit or exchange within 30 days.
-All items passed 30 days WILL NOT be accepted for return, exchange or store credit.
-Purchases worn or damaged are not eligible for a refund.

Free shipping on orders within Canada over $150! Free in-store pick-ups!

Orders may take up to 7 business days for processing. Once shipped, all packages are Expedited which can range from Next Day to 7 business day delivery depending on the location. Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately due to quantity of items on the order or the processing time associated with the items availability.
