The U.S. government (under President Donald Trump) officially removed the de minimis exemption. This means that all shipments coming from Canada into the U.S. are now subject to duties and taxes, regardless of order value. A few key points:
- These fees are set and collected by U.S. Customs, not by us or the shipping carriers.
- Neither retailers nor carriers can waive, reduce, or cover these charges.
- Duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient in order to receive their package.
- If a package is refused and returned, we will refund the product cost, but shipping fees (both ways) will be deducted.
We recognize that this change may be frustrating, and we want to assure you that it was made solely by the U.S. government. While we strongly disagree with this policy, it is unfortunately beyond our control.

In-Store Pickups
In-Store Pickups
Live in the area and want to pick up your order?
We offer FREE in-store pickups at both boutiques. If all your items are available at one store location you will be able to pick them up, if not your order will ship out from our warehouse.
- Select "Pick Up" and your nearest location at checkout.
- You will be emailed when your order is ready for pickup.
- Please bring a digital or printed copy of your order confirmation.
- Some items may not be available for pick up.
In-Store Pick-Up Orders Orders placed online for in-store pick-up must be collected within14 daysof receiving your pick-up notification.
- If collected within 14 days: Our standard return policy applies.Regular-priced items may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment, store credit, or exchange within 14 days of the pick-up notification.Sale or discounted items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 30 days of the pick-up notification.
- If not collected within 14 days, The order will automatically be processed as store credit only. No refunds will be issued.

Canadian Orders
Canadian Orders
Domestic Standard Shipping
- Your order will be processed within 7 business days and shipped with Canada Post or local shipping service.
- Once shipped you will receive an e-mail notification including a tracking number.
- Multi-item orders may be shipped separately.
Express Shipping
- Express Shipping if offered within Ontario and Quebec for $15.
- Express Shipping is offered within Alberta and British Columbia for $20.
- Express shipping times are calculated when the carrier picks up the package. Please note: standard order processing time still applies.
- Delivery times cannot be guaranteed as carriers may encounter unforeseen delays.
International Orders
International Orders
- All International orders will be processed within 7 business days with UPS international.
- Once shipped you will receive an e-mail notification including a tracking number.
- If applicable, the customer is responsible for all taxes, duties and brokerage fees upon import.
- All paid shipping is non-refundable.

- Cancelled purchased may be subjected to a restocking fee (up to 10%)

About Re:Do
We now offer an optional return protection called RE:DO, which you can purchase at checkout. If you choose to add RE:DO to your order, you’ll be able to return any item for an exchange, store credit, or a full refund at no additional cost.
Benefits of RE:DO:
- FREE Returns: No additional charges for return shipping.
- Flexible Returns: Exchange, store credit, or refund options available subject to return policy.
RE:DO Protection Costs:
- For Canadian Customers: $9.02 CAD
- For US Customers: $6.98 USD
Note: If you opt not to purchase RE:DO, you can still return items, but please be aware of the following:
Without RE:DO: The return shipping fee will be deducted frrom your refund or can be paid separately in the return portal.
