Returns Policy

Items purchased online can be returned at one of our heel boy shop locations or mailed back to us. The return policy is as follows:

-All regular priced items purchased during the Holiday Policy Period can be returned for a refund until Sunday, January 5th, 2020.
-After January 5th, 2020 orders purchased during the Holiday Policy Period can be returned until Sunday, January 19th, 2020 for a store credit or exchange.
-Items purchased during the Holiday Policy Period on sale and/or on markdown can be returned until Sunday, January 19th, 2020 for a store credit or exchange.
-After Sunday, January 19th, 2020 items purchased during the Holiday Policy Period WILL NOT be accepted for return, exchange or store credit.
-Purchases worn or damaged are not eligible for a refund.
-Starting December 24th, 2019, the regular return policy will once again apply.

Shipping

Free shipping on orders within Canada over $150! Free in-store pick-ups!

Due to increase in volume, orders may take up to 9 business days for processing. Once shipped, all packages are Expedited which can range from Next Day to 7 business day delivery depending on the location. Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately due to quantity of items on the order or the processing time associated with the items availability.
