We understand the shoe doesn’t always fit. See below for full return details — policies vary online vs in store.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
*We do not do exchanges, store credits, in-store returns or online returns on December 26th or 27th. Thank you for your understanding.

- Full-price merchandise purchased after December 2nd, 2025, is eligible to be returned and refunded until January 9th, 2026.
- Discounted or sale merchandise purchased after December 2nd, 2025 is eligible for an online store credit until January 9th, 2026.
In-Store Purchases
In-Store Purchases
We are happy to offer an extended exchange or in-store credit until January 9, 2025, on regular-priced merchandise (purchased on or after December 1st, 2025) accompanied by a gift receipt with the extended date on it.
Items must be unworn, in original condition and with all original tags and undamaged packaging.
Undergarments, hair accessories, unsealed candles, bath and food products are considered a final sale.

All online return requests must be submitted via our online portal. In store drop off returns will not be accepted if the request has not been submitted via the portal.

- Select the items you would like to return
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) either by mail or in-store.
- Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item(s) are received and approved.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Items must be unworn and in their original packaging (shoe boxes, garment tags).
- Before returning by post, please wrap the returns and do not tape or label directly onto items or shoeboxes as a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.
- All international orders (outside or North America) will have the return shipping fee deducted from the refund amount or can be paid separately in the return portal.
- You must submit an online return request (via our portal) prior to dropping off your return in stores.
Regular Priced Items

- Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery or in-store pick-up notification.
- Shipping fees (outbound and return) are non-refundable and will be deducted from refund amount.
- After 14 days, items can be returned for store credit.
- We apologize, but after 30 days items can no longer be accepted.
Please note that for hygienic reasons socks, under garments, sunglasses, hair accessories & hats are final sale. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn. Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition with tags attached.
Discounted Items
Discounted Items
- Discounted items can be returned for store credit within 30 days from the date of delivery or in-store pick-up notification.
- We apologize, but after 30 days items can no longer be exchanged.
- Items purchased on our mobile app during 'APP-y Hour' (entered code APPYHOUR at discount) are not exchangeable or returnable for a refund or store credit due to their significant discount.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn. Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition with tags attached.

Cancellations

- Unshipped orders have a cancelation window of 24hrs (from the time the order was placed).
- Order cancellations can be emailed to info@heelboy.com or via phone (416) 367-4335
- After 24 hrs, cancelled orders may be subjected to a restocking fee (up to 10%).
Missing or Damaged Shoe Box
Missing or Damaged Shoe Box
Even though it's what's on the inside that counts, nobody want to receive their new shoes in a damaged box. We ask you be considerate of the next buyer and do not tape, or markup the shoebox you are returning.
We reserve the right to charge a $10 fee if the product is returned without a shoebox or with a damaged shoebox.
In the case that the shoebox is returned in a highly unsellable condition or missing, we reserve the right to refuse delivery of the return.

Any styles pruschased with the code APPYHOUR will be final sale and will not be eligible for a refund. Size exchanges are permitted.

We are happy to offer an exchange or in-store credit on regular priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase!
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all original tags/packaging and accompanied by the receipt.
- In-store credits never expire and can be used at our Kingston or Toronto boutiques.
- If you would like your in-store credit to be transferred to a heelboy.com voucher please e-mail us at info@heelboy.com with your receipt and we will happily transfer it for you.
- All discounted items are considered a final sale. All undergarments are final sale. We do not offer in-store refunds.

We now offer an optional return protection called RE:DO, which you can purchase at checkout. If you choose to add RE:DO to your order, you’ll be able to return any item for an exchange, store credit, or a full refund at no additional cost.
