Returns are eligible for consideration if they are within 30-days of the delivery date. Online purchases can be returns via: in-store, or shipping to the warehouse. Please see the Returns & Exchanges tab in the bottom footer for a detailed explanation.
Orders are eligible for exchanges if the item received was incorrect, or is defective. We do not offer direct exchanges online at this time. If you wish to exchange the colour, size etc. of your purchase, please return the original item and place an order for the new item at your earliest convenience. Please note that item(s) must be in the original condition and packaging.
Not all the merchandise that you see in store is available online, and vice versa. Each of our stores are curated specifically for the local demographic. Our online store offers a broader range of categories, brands and styles!
Depending on the supplier and the availability at their warehouse one of our heel boy sales associates will be more than happy to look into special ordering the item/ size you are after. Unfortunately this is an in-store exclusive offering and we are unable to process these special orders online for the time being.
Depending on the item(s) we do our best to have your order leave our warehouse within 3-7 days. Please note for certain brands their ship out window will be noted in the features section of the product page.
Shipping on all domestic Canadian orders over $100 (before tax) is complimentary! For all other countries the shipping cost is determined by your location and address. You will get the estimated shipping cost when you are in the shipping section of the checkout page.
