Currently we are working with Canada Post, and Fedex. Both are reputable and secure shipping providers!
Yes! When your order ships, you will be emailed your tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours for a tracking number to register on the provider's website.
Returns are eligible for consideration if they are within 14-days of the delivery date. Online purchases can be returns via: in-store drop off, or shipping to our Queen St location. Please see the Returns & Exchanges tab in the bottom footer for a detailed explanation.
Exchanges may take place if you are looking to simply exchange size and/or colour of the same style purchased and the item you are looking for is readily available in-store.
Not all the merchandise that you see in-store is available online, and vice versa. Each of our stores are curated specifically for the local demographic. Our online store offers a broader range of categories, brands and styles!
We do our best to keep online and in-store pricing consistent. Sometimes our prices may vary due to exclusive online promotions, flash sales and varying inventory levels at each location.
Depending on the supplier and the availability at their warehouse one of our heel boy sales associates will be more than happy to look into special ordering the item/ size you are after. Unfortunately this is an in-store exclusive offering and we are unable to process these special orders online for the time being.
Depending on the item(s) we do our best to have your order leave our warehouse within 7-9 business days.
Shipping on all domestic Canadian orders over $150 (before tax) is complimentary! Exceptions include Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland and Labrador and PEI where a flat shipping rate of $25 will be applied.
For all other countries, the shipping cost is determined by your location and address. You will get the estimated shipping cost when you are in the shipping section of the checkout page.
For the time being heel boy gift cards are only redeemable at our in-store location. If you would like to transfer your in-store gift card to an online gift card, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
