TBYB - RETURN POLICY
How long do I have to return my items?
We offer 5 days to try your items on at home (from the date of delivery). If a return is not initiated before the 5 days are up, you will be charged the full amount of your items and will be unable to return or exchange them. Worn items are not eligible for refunds.
Can I still return my items after 5 days?
After the 5 day try on window, returns will not be accepted nor will refunds be issued.
How do I return items I don't want to keep?
We know the shoe doesn't always fit. Within the 5 day return window, you can ship us back your items via the courier of your choice. Please note: we do not provide shipping labels for TBYB returns.
Can I drop my return off in-store?
Since our locations are small, we kindly ask if you do not drop off your TBYB items in-store. TBYB returns will not be accepted in-store, and are required to be shipped back to our warehouse. Thank you for your understanding.

Are all items eligible for Try Before You Buy?
No, not all items are apart of the TBYB. If an item is eligible, you will see the TBYB option on the product pack above the 'add to cart' button.
Is there a limit to items I can order for TBYB?
Yes, you are able to order up to 3 TBYB items.
