- Have your order number ready when contacting customer service.
- Cancelling an order after 24 hours of placement may result in a restocking fee (up to 10%)

We do our best to have your order leave our warehouse within 5-7 business days. Once shipped, it should take anywhere from 1-7 business days to be delivered depending on your location.

When your order ships, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to the courier's website. It can take up to 24 hours for a tracking number to show updates on the provider's website.

Not all the merchandise that you see in-store is available online, and vice versa. Each of our stores are curated specifically for the local demographic. Our online store offers a broader range of categories, brands and styles!
