Can I use my in-store heel boy gift card online?
For the time being heel boy gift cards are only redeemable at our store locations. If you would like to transfer your in-store gift card to an online gift card, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Is all merchandise available at heel boy stores, available online?
Not all the merchandise that you see in-store is available online, and vice versa. Each of our stores are curated specifically for the local demographic. Our online store offers a broader range of categories, brands and styles!
Do your prices reflect the prices I will see in-store?
We do our best to keep online and in-store pricing consistent. Sometimes our prices may vary due to exclusive online promotions, flash sales and varying inventory levels at each location.
Is your website secure?
Yes! We take the utmost care and consideration to keep your sensitive information secure. All of the information provided is restricted. We follow strict guidelines for security and privacy policies. We do not play around with our customer's trust, and ensure we are always up-to-date with the latest security features.

Who do you ship with?
We ship our domestic orders with Canada Post. All international orders (outside Canada) ship with UPS. Both are reputable and secure shipping providers.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We do our best to have your order leave our warehouse within 5-7 business days. Once shipped, it should take anywhere from 1-7 business days to be delivered, depending on your location and courier shipping delays.
Will I receive a tracking number with my order?
Yes! When your order ships, you will be emailed your tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours for a tracking number to show updates on the provider's website.

How can I return items purchased online?
You can return your online purchase by mail or in-person to one of our boutiques.

Can I exchange my online purchase?
Please email us at email@example.com and we can refund your returned item to an online gift card that can be used to repurchase the item.
I bought something on sale. Can I return for a refund?
Unfortunately not. All items purchased on sale or marked down can only be returned for an online store credit. Your credit can be used online or in store at any time and would never expire.
