We offer FREE in-store pick ups and shipping on orders over $150 in Canada* & over $200 USD to the US. Not all of our inventory is available at both store locations and may affect shipping or pickup times.

• Regular priced Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery or in-store pick-up notification.
• Discounted items can be returned for store credit within 30 days from the date of delivery or in-store pick-up notification.
• We apologize, but after 30 days items can no longer be exchanged.

• A cancellation fee (up to 10%) will be imposed for orders cancelled more than 24 hours after the order is placed if it is still within the designated 7-10 business days for shipping/processing.
