Our roots in the foot comfort and shoe care business go back to 1893 when Ernst Ferdinand Walter founded E.F. Walter in Montreal. Over fifty years ago. Now our forth-generation Canadian company suplies premium shoe care products and accessories to shoe retailers all over the world – everything from laces and shoe polish, to insoles and protectors. Yet we still adhere to the standards that Ernst Walter instilled in our company over one hundred and twenty years ago: a commitment to customer satisfaction, product excellence and innovation.

We offer FREE in-store pick ups and shipping on orders over $150 in Canada* & over $200 USD to the US. Not all of our inventory is available at both store locations and may affect shipping or pickup times.

• Regular priced Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery or in-store pick-up notification.
• Discounted items can be returned for store credit within 30 days from the date of delivery or in-store pick-up notification.
• We apologize, but after 30 days items can no longer be exchanged.
